As an experienced real estate broker, building contractor and home inspector, Phillip brings considerable experience and expertise to our marketplace. Phillip was born and raised in Carteret County and graduated from West Carteret High School. He continued his education and graduated from University of New York. He served our County in Vietnam and Europe as a cryptographic analyst and a German linguist. While stationed in Massachusetts, he obtained a real estate license and brokered property around the Boston area. Upon leaving the military. Phillip worked in the family real estate firm in Morehead and Havelock. Phillip moved to Raleigh/Wake County and worked at a real estate professional with one of the largest and leading brokerage firms. Phillip is also a licensed building contractor and has completed a number of new homes and home renovations. In 1996, he became the 120th person in this State to be licensed as a home inspector and has completed 9,000 formal inspections! Phillip has recently moved back to his home town to practice real estate in Carteret County. It is good to be home!
